Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP is a workplace benefit that offers a variety of services, such as lunchtime talks, workshops, counselling, and coaching, available to employees. The program helps employees manage stress, improve well-being, manage work-life integration and resolve issues impacting their work and personal lives. Through the program, teams are able to improve their communication and cohesion, and increase their productivity and effectiveness; increase employee engagement and retention.

Lunch time talk
A short lunch time talk with a mental wellness expert to share how mental wellness can affect team dynamics and productivity. Tips will be shared on how to manage stress and burnout, as well as how to improve relationships and help those in need.

Workshop
Small bite-sized workshops to learn techniques and skills to manage stress and inter-personal relationships.

Counselling and Coaching
Individual counselling, coaching or team coaching are made available in a confidential and safe environment for those who need it to work on deeper issues; or simply to fine-tune existing skills and knowledge and explore better solutions to existing challenges.
